Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously update an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software licenses.
• Track asset allocation, movement, and recovery to ensure optimal utilization and compliance.
• Provide first‑line desktop support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end users.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance to verify purchase orders, warranty information, and asset depreciation.
• Generate regular inventory reports and audit logs for management and external auditors.
• Implement and enforce asset tagging, labeling, and lifecycle management processes.
• Assist in the rollout of new hardware/software and ensure proper documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support, IT asset management, or related IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, common office software, and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper, or similar) and basic ticketing systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
