Key Responsibilities

• Manage large DB2 LUW databases (V11.1 and V11.5) in production environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain high‑availability solutions using HADR, Q‑Replication, Attunity, PureScale, or comparable technologies.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver reliable HA services and ensure uptime.
• Analyze Explain Plans alongside developers and the DBA team, providing performance‑tuning recommendations.
• Monitor database health, perform capacity planning, and execute tuning activities to meet SLAs.
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with DB2 LUW V11.1 and V11.5 in large‑scale environments.
• Hands‑on expertise in HADR, Q‑Replication, Attunity, PureScale, or similar HA tools.
• Strong background in performance monitoring, Explain Plan analysis, and SQL tuning.
