Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain relational databases supporting a high‑profile federal program.

- Monitor database health, perform backups, recovery, and apply patches to maintain security and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting, performance tuning, and data migration techniques.
- Experience with security standards and federal compliance (FISMA, NIST) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Oracle DBA.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerized database deployments.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
Compensation
Annual salary: $159,263.66
