Key Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute, and track all incoming repair claims from program and non‑program sources.
• Enter new job data accurately into the system for assigned offices.
• Process documents, generate weekly reports, and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Communicate continuously with branch employees, managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.
• Support the branch with ad‑hoc data analysis and audit tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and proven data‑entry accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with database or claims management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships across the branch.

Compensation & Benefits
