RVO Health is seeking a Data Scientist to join its fast‑growing team in Fort Mill, York County, US. You will help shape an industry‑leading healthcare platform by turning complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and machine‑learning algorithms that improve patient outcomes and optimize care pathways.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical testing on large, multi‑source healthcare datasets.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and dashboards for real‑time monitoring of model performance.
• Document methodologies, create reproducible research notebooks, and present findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI/ML techniques and evaluate their applicability to RVO Health’s platform.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience applying machine learning to large, complex datasets, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with strong libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience with SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and big‑data tools (Spark, Hadoop, or Snowflake).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
