The Data Rerporting Analyst role at Real Soft, Inc / Diversity Direct is based in The Colony, Denton County, US. This position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, building Tableau dashboards, and supporting business analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and visualizations to meet business needs.
• Own end‑to‑end data reporting lifecycle, from data extraction and transformation to delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Perform data quality assessments, identify gaps, and implement improvement processes.
• Lead data visualization projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Document data sources, data models, and reporting procedures.
• Provide training and support to end users on dashboard usage and data interpretation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field.
• Proven experience with Tableau (desktop and server) and data visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of data engineering principles and ETL processes.

Salary: $130,228.30 per year (fixed).
