Job Summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Data Reporting Analyst for its client in the financial services sector, located in Charlotte, Eaton County, US. This role supports the Payments Domain team within the Data Analytics Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting solutions for payment processing metrics.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Produce dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Document reporting processes, data lineage, and standard operating procedures.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis requests and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and at least one reporting/visualization platform.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in the payments or financial services industry is a plus.

Annual salary: $184,671.03 (fixed)
