Job Summary

Truist is seeking an experienced Data Platforms Manager to lead its data infrastructure initiatives in Atlanta, Fulton County. This senior role oversees the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise‑wide data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data platform strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of data engineers, architects, and analysts.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and lakehouse solutions.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable data services.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
