Truist is seeking a Data Platforms Manager in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, US. This senior role leads the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise‑wide data platforms to enable analytics and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable data lake and warehouse solutions on cloud and on‑premise environments.
- Define data ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality frameworks.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish data governance, security, and compliance standards in line with regulatory requirements.

- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
