Job Summary

System One is hiring a Data Platform Analyst in Washington, D.C., US to support the Federal Reserve Board on a critical enterprise data initiative. This full‑time W2 contract role focuses on translating business needs into clear, governed data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather and document data requirements.
• Design and maintain structured processes for data ingestion, transformation, and governance on the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).
• Create reusable documentation, data dictionaries, and workflow diagrams to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Assist in data quality testing, validation, and issue resolution.
• Support the implementation of data security and privacy controls in line with Federal Reserve standards.
• Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to measure platform performance and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data platform analysis, data governance, or business analysis within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented with proven ability to create clear, reusable documentation.

Annual salary: $107,402.65 (W2 contract)
