Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce data governance policies for marketing and communications datasets.
• Maintain data quality standards, perform data profiling, and resolve data issues.
• Collaborate with MarCom teams to ensure accurate data collection, storage, and usage.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and lineage documentation.
• Support regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal audit requirements.
• Generate regular data quality dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on data governance best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data analytics, preferably within marketing communications.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data modeling, and metadata management.
• Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
