Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networking, and power‑distribution systems in Trane’s data centers.
• Implement monitoring and automation tools to ensure high availability, performance, and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and apply corrective actions.
• Lead capacity‑planning initiatives and recommend upgrades aligned with sustainability targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), networking (Cisco, Juniper), and storage technologies.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and automation platforms (Ansible, Terraform).
• Understanding of energy‑efficiency best practices and sustainability metrics.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
