Job Summary
Oracle is hiring a Data Center Managing Counsel to work remotely from anywhere in the United States while supporting Oracle’s Data Center and Networking legal team. This senior attorney role offers a fixed annual salary of $202,029.95.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on all matters related to Oracle’s data center operations, cloud services, and networking infrastructure.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and vendor agreements.
- Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, finance, and product—to mitigate legal risks and support business initiatives.
- Lead and mentor junior counsel and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
- Monitor evolving laws and industry standards affecting data center and cloud services.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of experience handling complex technology, data center, or cloud‑related matters.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Self‑motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Compensation
