Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on all matters related to Oracle’s data center operations, cloud services, and networking infrastructure.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and vendor agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, finance, and product—to mitigate legal risks and support business initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior counsel and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.

Qualifications
