Data Center Managing Counsel

Oracle is hiring a Data Center Managing Counsel to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, supporting the fast‑growing Data Center and Networking legal team. This senior attorney role focuses on Oracle Cloud initiatives and will be based in Atlanta, Fulton County, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on data center construction, operation, and networking contracts.
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial agreements, service level agreements, and cloud‑related licensing terms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to mitigate legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives for Oracle Cloud growth, including data residency and security requirements.
• Mentor junior counsel and manage external law‑firm relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology, data center, or cloud‑related corporate law.
• Proven track record negotiating large‑scale infrastructure and networking contracts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/telecommuting environment while aligning with global legal teams.
