Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice on data‑center construction, operations, and networking agreements.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, service agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud strategy.
• Monitor emerging data‑center and telecommunications law, advising senior leadership on compliance and policy implications.
• Lead internal training sessions on legal best practices for data‑center projects.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience counseling on data‑center, cloud, or telecommunications matters, preferably in a corporate legal department.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with a focus on infrastructure‑related agreements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working in a remote, cross‑functional environment.
