Insight Global is seeking a Data Analytics/Insights Analyst (Marketing) in Huntington, Orange County, US. This hands‑on role will deliver advanced analytics and actionable insights to drive marketing strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and KPI reports.
• Analyze large, complex data sets to uncover trends, segmentation opportunities, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
• Build predictive models to forecast customer behavior and revenue impact.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders in clear, visual formats.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with statistical modeling, A/B testing, and attribution analysis.
