Job Summary

Willi Hahn Corporation is seeking a full‑time Data Analyst to join its finance team in Monticello, Wright County, MN. The role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and focuses on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and standard reports for finance and operational leaders.
• Extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, ERP systems) to ensure data quality.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define metrics, build analytical frameworks, and automate reporting processes.
• Identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for process improvement and present findings to senior management.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and best practices to ensure consistency and reproducibility.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel (advanced functions, Power Query), and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with statistical analysis tools (R, Python, or SAS).
• Familiarity with ERP/financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $86,354.54 annually (fixed). Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
