Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close multiple small‑to‑mid‑size infrastructure and cybersecurity projects from initiation through delivery.
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineers, security analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and on‑time delivery.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, risk registers, and issue logs.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and schedule adherence, escalating deviations when necessary.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, sprint reviews, and post‑implementation debriefs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best‑practice project management methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects, with a focus on infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, cloud services, and security controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.
