Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical security assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Ensure systems meet all applicable security compliance standards (e.g., NIST, RMF).
• Manage risk mitigation strategies and track remediation efforts.
• Support certification and accreditation activities throughout program phases.
• Develop and maintain security architecture documentation and hardening guides.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls into design and operations.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of network security, system hardening, and threat modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
• Familiarity with DoD security frameworks (RMF, STIGs, NIST SP 800‑53).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

• Professional certifications (CISSP, CEH, GICSP, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting large‑scale government or defense contracts.
