Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a Cyber Network Defense Analyst (CNDA) – Cloud Forensics to join its elite team. This full‑time role is based in Arlington, Arlington County, US, with remote flexibility and a fixed salary of $153,655.84.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cloud‑based forensic investigations and threat‑hunting activities across federal and critical infrastructure networks.
• Analyze network traffic, logs, and endpoint data to identify, contain, and eradicate advanced persistent threats.
• Develop and implement detection rules, playbooks, and remediation procedures for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborate with incident response teams, engineers, and customers to provide actionable intelligence and detailed reporting.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging threats, cloud security architectures, and forensic tools.
• Prepare technical briefings and documentation for senior leadership and government stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with DHS EOD eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber defense, cloud forensics, or related fields.
• Proficiency with forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, FTK, X‑Way, Volatility) and cloud monitoring platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, Windows/Linux systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with government or defense contracts.
• Certifications such as GCFA, GCIH, CISSP, or similar.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
