Job Summary

The CXM Solution Lead – Data, Search & AI Platforms role at VDart, Inc. is a full‑time remote position based in the United States. You will design and deploy AI‑enabled product search solutions such as Vertex AI Search for Commerce, aligning data pipelines with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI‑driven onsite product search solutions (e.g., Vertex AI Search for Commerce or comparable platforms).
• Design end‑to‑end solution flows covering data capture, processing, analytics, and activation.
• Translate business objectives into feasible technical approaches using platform capabilities.
• Provide hands‑on guidance and mentorship to engineering and data teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, set performance benchmarks, and ensure solution scalability.
• Evaluate emerging AI and search technologies and recommend enhancements.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data engineering, search technologies, and AI platform implementation.
• Proven expertise with Vertex AI Search, Elasticsearch, Solr, or similar enterprise search solutions.
• Strong background in data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud data services (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning models for relevance tuning and personalization.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning) are a plus.

Compensation

Annual salary: $112,293.04 (USD) – competitive and commensurate with experience.
