About This Position
Job Summary
Zoom is seeking a CX Partner Implementation Success Manager in Atlanta, Fulton County, US. This senior role leads a team of Technical Partner Advisors to drive partner‑led implementations, accelerate customer adoption, and ensure long‑term retention of Zoom’s Contact Center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of ZCX Partner Technical Advisors.
- Define and execute the implementation strategy for partner‑driven deployments of Contact Center, Virtual Agent, and Workforce Engagement Management solutions.
- Collaborate with partners to design implementation roadmaps, set success metrics, and monitor progress.
- Drive customer adoption through best‑practice guidance, training, and post‑implementation support.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as implementation timelines, adoption rates, and retention scores.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical or operational issues, coordinating with Zoom engineering and product teams.
- Develop scalable enablement programs, playbooks, and knowledge resources for partners.
- Represent Zoom in regional partner forums, industry events, and customer executive briefings.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contact‑center, virtual‑agent, or workforce‑engagement management solutions.
- Proven people‑management experience, preferably leading technical advisory or consulting teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Track record of driving customer adoption and retention in a fast‑paced technology environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
Compensation
Base salary: $293,243.47 per year.
