About This Position
Job Summary
Zoom is hiring a CX Partner Implementation Success Manager in Nashville, Davidson County, US. This senior role leads a team of Technical Partner Advisors to drive partner‑led implementations, customer adoption, and long‑term retention across Zoom’s Customer Experience portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and grow a regional team of ZCX Partner Technical Advisors.
- Define and execute the implementation strategy for contact‑center, virtual‑agent, and workforce‑engagement solutions.
- Partner with Zoom’s sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless hand‑offs and consistent service delivery.
- Monitor project milestones, KPIs and adoption metrics; intervene proactively to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
- Drive partner enablement programs, including training, certification, and best‑practice sharing.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business goals and tailor Zoom CX solutions for maximum value.
- Report on regional performance, forecast staffing needs, and recommend process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contact‑center, virtual‑agent, or workforce‑engagement management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven people‑management skills with a track record of building high‑performing technical teams.
- Strong project‑management expertise; ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
Compensation
Annual base salary: $215,870.61
