Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of ZCX Partner Technical Advisors.
• Define and execute regional strategy for partner‑led contact‑center implementations.
• Collaborate with partners, customers, and internal product teams to ensure successful deployments of Contact Center, Virtual Agent, and Workforce Engagement Management solutions.
• Monitor adoption metrics, drive continuous improvement, and manage long‑term customer retention.
• Provide expert guidance on technical architecture, integration, and best practices.
• Represent Zoom in regional partner forums and industry events.
