Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of ZCX Partner Technical Advisors.
• Define and execute regional strategy for partner‑led contact‑center, virtual‑agent, and workforce‑engagement implementations.
• Ensure successful deployment, adoption, and long‑term retention of Zoom CX solutions across partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align partner initiatives with business goals.
• Track performance metrics, produce regular reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.
