Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence‑based nursing care to critically ill cardiac and transplant patients.
• Monitor hemodynamic parameters, manage ventilators, and administer vasoactive medications per protocol.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans with physicians, surgeons, pharmacists, and respiratory therapists.
