Job Summary
Humana is seeking a Customer Success Agent to join its Phoenix, Maricopa County team. In this role you will deliver exceptional service to members and prospects, helping them navigate Humana’s health solutions and ensuring a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound member interactions via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about plans, benefits, and services.
- Resolve inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate specialists when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of member contacts in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell additional Humana services that align with member needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, claims, and care management—to coordinate seamless member experiences.
- Achieve performance metrics such as first‑call resolution, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time.
- Participate in ongoing training and quality‑assurance programs to stay current on product updates and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, call‑center, or health‑care support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Empathetic, patient‑focused mindset and a commitment to delivering “Health First” service.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $53,540.93 annually.
