Job Summary

Teradata is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to join our team in Montpelier, Washington County, US. This role designs and delivers cloud‑analytics solutions that help clients leverage data and AI for better decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business goals and translate them into technical architecture on Teradata’s cloud analytics platform.
• Design end‑to‑end data solutions, including data ingestion, warehousing, governance, and AI/ML integration.
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts and pilot projects, demonstrating value and ROI.
• Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations to client teams and internal sales engineers.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and solution documentation.
• Stay current with emerging data, cloud, and AI technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data‑analytics or cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, SQL, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and integrating predictive models into production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Compensation

Salary: $155,284.53 per year.
