Customer Solution Architect

Teradata is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to join its team in Trenton, Mercer County, US. This role will design and deliver cloud analytics and AI‑driven solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions on Teradata’s cloud data platform.
• Design end‑to‑end architectures that integrate data ingestion, warehousing, analytics, and AI services.
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts, workshops, and technical presentations for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align solution designs with roadmap and pricing models.
• Provide ongoing guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and performance tuning for deployed solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data‑centric solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL, and analytics tools; hands‑on experience with Teradata Vantage is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer) are advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits
