Customer Solution Architect

Teradata is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to join our team in Carson Mall, Carson City, US. This role combines deep technical expertise with client‑facing skills to design and implement cloud analytics solutions that drive AI‑enabled business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their data strategy, business objectives, and technical requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end cloud analytics architectures on Teradata’s platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts and pilot projects, demonstrating value and guiding customers through adoption.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, integration, and migration phases.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering best‑practice recommendations and facilitating workshops.
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with roadmap and market needs.
• Stay current on AI, data warehousing, and cloud technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering cloud‑based data and analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, BI tools, and AI/ML integration.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Teradata’s ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Teradata Vantage, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
