About This Position
Teradata is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to join its team in Talcott Village, Hartford County, US. This role combines deep technical expertise with client‑facing consulting to design and implement Teradata’s cloud analytics and AI data platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions on Teradata’s cloud data platform.
- Design, prototype, and showcase end‑to‑end analytics architectures, including data ingestion, warehousing, and AI model deployment.
- Lead proof‑of‑concept projects, conduct workshops, and provide best‑practice guidance for data integration, governance, and security.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering presentations to senior stakeholders and supporting sales teams throughout the deal cycle.
- Stay current with emerging cloud, data, and AI technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large‑scale data platforms, preferably in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and modern analytics tools.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks and integrating them into data pipelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence C‑level executives.
Compensation
