Job Summary

Teradata is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to join our team in Phoenix, Maricopa County, US. This role designs and delivers cloud analytics and AI solutions that help our enterprise customers turn data into actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer business challenges and translate them into technical solutions on Teradata’s cloud analytics platform.
• Design end‑to‑end architectures that integrate data ingestion, warehousing, analytics, and AI services while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concepts, workshops, and technical demos for prospects and existing clients.
• Provide guidance on data governance, data quality, and best practices for AI model deployment.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, influencing decision‑makers and supporting contract negotiations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Teradata’s product portfolio and stay current with industry trends in cloud, big data, and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data‑centric solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL, SQL, and modern analytics tools.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks and integrating models into production environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Teradata, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer) are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
