Job Summary
Join Elliquence as a Customer Service Associate – Medical Devices in Baldwin, Nassau County, US. You will be the primary point of contact for independent sales representatives and end‑users, handling orders, product questions, and service issues through phone, email, chat, and face‑to‑face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front‑line support to sales reps and customers, answering inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process sales orders, verify product availability, and coordinate shipment logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Troubleshoot product and service issues, escalating to technical teams when necessary.
- Assist the Accounting department with inventory reconciliation for loaner equipment and trunk stock.
- Prepare and track outbound shipments, generate packing lists, and confirm delivery status.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and knowledge‑base articles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or medical device industry preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within medical devices or related healthcare fields.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer‑centric attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and basic inventory management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
