Job Summary
Nelnet is seeking a Curriculum Parent Engagement Specialist to join its FACTS division in Bismarck, Burleigh County, US. This role drives collaboration between schools, families, and educators to enhance curriculum implementation and student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead parent‑engagement strategies that align with K‑12 curriculum goals.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and community events to educate families on curriculum tools and resources.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and district leaders to identify engagement gaps and create actionable plans.
- Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve communication channels and support materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parent inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership on engagement outcomes and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in K‑12 curriculum support, parent outreach, or educational program coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
