Outland is hiring a Crew Leader for its Outland Youth Employment Program (OYEP) in a remote camp near Edmonton, Alberta. This 7‑week summer contract (July‑August 2026) is a live‑in role supervising youth participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and support to youth “Rangers” throughout the program.
• Ensure a safe camp environment by enforcing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Model professional workplace behaviour, healthy group living, and community standards.
• Plan and lead group activities, workshops, and skill‑building sessions.
• Coordinate with program staff on schedules, logistics, and participant wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and daily reports.
