About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement control systems for chemical and biological safety equipment.
- Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC programs.
- Perform system integration, testing, and validation to meet regulatory standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing control hardware and software.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
- Document design decisions, generate technical reports, and support certification processes.
- Provide training and technical support to end users and field technicians.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
- Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development and industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (NFPA, OSHA, ANSI) for chemical/biological systems.
- Hands‑on experience with sensor integration, motor drives, and instrumentation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a high‑security environment.
- U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred.
