Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month‑end close.
• Maintain precise inventory records and reconcile physical counts with ERP data.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and external audit requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or controller roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (experience in NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and communicate financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
