Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month‑end close.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Finance, providing strategic insight and mentorship to the finance team.
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or controller role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
