Job Summary

Intoximeters Inc, a respected 80‑year‑old manufacturer in Saint Louis, Missouri, is looking for a Contract Sales Operations Specialist. This contract role supports the Sales Department by managing bids, contracts, and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end bid lifecycle: prepare, submit, track, and follow up on all bid documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for bid inquiries, contract renewals, amendments, and any contract‑related questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams—sales, engineering, finance, and legal—to gather required information and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate contract and bid records in the CRM system, updating status and key dates.
• Monitor contract expirations and proactively initiate renewal discussions.
• Prepare regular reports on bid win rates, contract values, and pipeline health for senior leadership.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures and templates to streamline the sales operations workflow.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, contract administration, or bid management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and contracts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities.
