Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and close‑out.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor project milestones, track performance metrics, and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolve disputes, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements
