CTA Construction Managers, an award‑winning ENR Top 100 Green Contractor, is hiring a Construction Superintendent for projects on Boston’s North Shore. The role is based in Worcester, Worcester County, US, with a fixed annual salary of $114,480.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on‑site construction activities for large‑scale, LEED‑certified building projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and all applicable building codes.
- Track project progress, prepare daily reports, and communicate status updates to project managers and clients.
- Resolve on‑site issues quickly, manage change orders, and oversee inspections.
- Implement and enforce CTA’s sustainability and green‑building practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent on complex, multi‑story commercial projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of LEED certification processes and green construction methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites around Boston’s North Shore.
- Relevant construction trade certifications preferred (e.g., OSHA 30, CPCU).
