Key Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Assist with surveying, testing, sample collection, drawing corrections, and filing of project documents.
• Support time‑keeping, cost control, inventory management, schedule verification, and subcontractor monitoring.
• Prepare reports, conduct safety inspections, log and process submittals, and record meeting outcomes.
• Conduct site tours for visitors and report observations to project managers.
• Office Operations: Prepare quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, and material requisitions.
• Maintain project documentation, update project schedules, and coordinate communication between field crews and office staff.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing contract documents, change orders, and progress billing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in paving or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on active construction sites.
