About This Position
The Consolidation Manager, PCG at Rust-Oleum Corporation is responsible for accounting, consolidating and analysing the financial statements of the Performance Coatings Group. This on‑site role is based in Maple Shade, Burlington County, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly close process for the Performance Coatings Group (PCG) segment.
- Own the end‑to‑end consolidation workflow, mapping trial‑balance data into the consolidation system on a global scale.
- Prepare, review and analyze consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting efficiency.
- Develop and maintain consolidation schedules, documentation, and internal controls.
- Provide insightful variance analysis and financial commentary for senior leadership.
- Support external audit activities and respond to auditor inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial consolidation, reporting, or corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with consolidation software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and multi‑entity close processes.
- Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to Maple Shade, NJ and able to work on‑site at least three days per week.
Compensation
Annual salary: $117,374.09
