Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to assess site conditions, take precise measurements and produce detailed drawings.
• Verify contractual requirements and confirm feasibility of proposed conservatory designs.
• Prepare accurate quotations and liaise with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth project hand‑over.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Surveyor, Field Surveyor, Estimator or in window and door/home improvement sales.
• Strong knowledge of construction basics, building regulations and conservatory specifications.
• Excellent numerical ability, attention to detail and proficiency with measurement tools and CAD software.
• Clear communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel across Scotland.
