Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes across Scotland to assess and verify contractual requirements for conservatory, window and door installations.
• Take precise measurements and produce detailed drawings to support the design and installation teams.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and liaise with estimators to ensure quotes reflect site conditions.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with field teams to schedule surveys and guarantee timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Surveyor, Field Surveyor, Estimator or in a home‑improvement sales/technical role.
• Strong knowledge of windows, doors and conservatory construction standards.
• Excellent numeracy, measurement and drafting abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technical information to customers.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Scotland.
