Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain compensation dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
- Gather and translate business requirements from HR partners and line managers across all divisions.
- Ensure firm‑wide consistency of compensation data while tailoring solutions to specific client needs.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analytics, HR analytics, or financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with large‑scale data warehouses and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non‑technical audiences.
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and process‑improvement mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
