Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems.
• Diagnose system faults, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions quickly.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system performance testing.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory logs.
• Collaborate with the Integrated Technical Services team to ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and quality standards.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to provide 24/7 emergency support for critical facilities.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification (EPA 608, HVACR, or equivalent) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment.
