Key Responsibilities

• Follow the Plan of Care (POC) developed and maintained by the RN.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Instrumental Daily Living (IDL) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any observations.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications
