Job Summary

Openkyber is hiring a Cloud Support Associate in New Jersey, US, to provide expert assistance for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials migrations. This full‑time W2 role offers a competitive annual salary of $161,127.78.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between finance leadership (CFO, Controller, senior finance managers) and technical teams during end‑to‑end migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
• Analyze current finance processes, map functional requirements, and configure Oracle Cloud modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure accurate financial reporting post‑migration.
• Provide day‑to‑day cloud support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for finance end‑users.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, security, compliance) to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Travel occasionally to client sites as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• Proven ability to work directly with senior finance executives and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field; Oracle Cloud certification preferred.
