Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the university’s Clinical Laboratory Management (CLM) team and hospital/privately‑run research sites.
- Coordinate protocol implementation, sample logistics, and data collection to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and ongoing support to investigators, coordinators, and site staff on study procedures and documentation.
- Monitor site performance, identify issues, and develop corrective action plans to maintain high‑quality data.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on enrollment, adverse events, and study milestones to university leadership.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including IRB, biostatistics, and finance to streamline study operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, biology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research coordination or site management, preferably in a hospital or private practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, and FDA regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
